In Japan, Dark Raichu wasn’t released until Neo 2, and as a result has a Neo-era template; i.e. the Evolution box is round, it has the ‘swooshes’ for the Weakness and Resistance, and so on. Given when Legendary Collection was printed, it would’ve been an interesting set if they’d ported the cards to Neo card templates, as that would give us a version of Dark Raichu to match theirs. It also would’ve been interesting to see the cards adopt an e-Card template to see them in a wholly new style, which is something Japan had actually just done with Pokémon Web the year prior.

also, wow, I’m just noticing WOTC didn’t make the background of the evolution box the darker shade of grey all other Dark Pokémon had. Missed it on the original and missed the opportunity to fix it here.
