Held Item ⇢ Enigma Berry
If Darkrai is damaged by an attack from your opponent’s {F} Pokémon, remove 4 damage counters at the end of that turn.
{W} → Spacial Rend : 10
Search your deck for a Stadium card, show it to your opponent, and put it into your hand. Shuffle your deck afterward. If there is any Stadium card in play, discard it.
{M}{M}{M} → Roar of Time : 80
Search your discard pile for 3 Pokémon, show them to your opponent, and put them on top of your deck. Shuffle your deck afterward. (If you don’t have 3 Pokémon in your discard pile, this attack does nothing.)

Logan
The item and weakness make for a cool thingy…….
Blob Takeshi
Still the lack of HP means it’d have to be hit by a pretty weak Fighting Type move.
Otaku
As someone barely familiar with the time period of this card’s release, I’d split the difference between your opinions, Logan and Blob Takeshi. The card hit North America in 2008, so around the time of DP: Majestic Dawn. From what I remember and am seeing (with a quick glance), Enigma Berry had a window of opportunity before an opponent’s Fighting deck really got going; three Energy attacks on fully Evolved Pokémon might still score a KO sans Weakness, single Energy attacks would just barely whiff, and two Energy attacks could go either way. :)
Which is NOT me saying this card ever saw competitive play, or that Fighting decks were all over the competitive metagame at the time. Off the top of my head, I just don’t remember. XD

So, what’s the design idea behind this card? Did Darkrai steal Palkia and Dialga’s signature moves?
Ambassador
Yes. There was a special distribution of a Darkrai with both moves around the time this card released. (There might have been several distributions of Darkrai with both moves, actually.)
Twylis
Iirc that Darkrai was also holding an Enigma Berry, so this is a *very* thorough reference.
