why is this $200,000???

cause some random store on tcgplayer listed it for a randomly high number, and therefore the “high average” for this card is 200,000$. But its not the value, the value is around 5$

To add to what divinity said: some sellers on TCGplayer are lazy and rather than remove a listing when out of stock will instead change the listing to an impossibly high price as a placeholder.

The TCGPlayer inventory interface has a bug where it is randomly very difficult to remove stock of an item completely and forces you to enter a price for the card.
