Lunala no longer has a will of its own. Now under the control of Necrozma, it continuously expels all of its energy.

I’ve always really liked how Gulf Stream mirrors Dusk Mane Necrozma’s Dusk Shot (bonus damage if you haven’t taken a Prize card vs. bonus damage if your opponent is down to 1 Prize card). It also just occurred to me that DAWN Wings has more of an EARLY game attack while DUSK Mane’s is a LATE game attack; morning and evening.
I also like how Necrozma’s Prize-based attacks were consistently designed around being behind and/or the total amount of Prize cards being low, while the other Ultra Beasts’ Prize attacks were more about random Prize windows your opponent had to avoid, aggressively taking extra Prizes, or doing wacky stuff like flipping face-down Prizes or giving your opponent extra Prize cards. Maybe it’s all just a coincidence, but I prefer to think it was a deliberate theme they were going for with Necrozma being a vengeful end boss while the “true” UBs are more chaotic and goofy.
