Actually, it *is* just Delivery. Like, “はいたつ” is “Delivery”. This seems to be the only appearance of the attack in the TCG – and while it happened to make translation of a separate move easier for TPCI later on – and there was no reason for WOTC to stick “Limited” in front of the attack name. Bizarre.
