It’s obviously a bit more focused than Mewtwo EX, but it’s definitely comparable to it in terms of raw power. The thing that set Mewtwo apart from the other EXes was its ability to improve every deck simply by being included in that deck. This guy, on the other hand, cannot be effectively used beyond Plasma decks…

The main attribute that differentiates this from Mewtwo is that its damage output is reliant on your opponent’s energy. With Mewtwo, you could attach a DCE and suddenly swing for 40 more.
