(Any cards attached to Deoxys, damage counters, Special Conditions, and effects on it are now on the new Pokémon.) If you do, put Deoxys on top of your deck. Shuffle your deck afterward. You can’t use more than 1 Form Change Poké-Power each turn.

They got the typings for all four of the Delta Species Deoxys absolutely spot on in this set: Colorless for Normal Forme (representing literally the ‘Normal’ type), Darkness for Attack Forme (the type that can boost damage with Special Energy), Metal for Defense Forme (the type that can reduce damage with Special Energy) and Lightning for the Speed Forme (the type that includes typically fast Pokémon such as Electrode).

10/10 for types! They all should have been two types in the games. Though, TBH, Fighting would fit Attack more in the games.
