There’s no Dugtrio in this set for Diglett to evolve into, and no Cubone for Marowak to evolve from. How odd!

Diglett is from the Zygarde-EX deck that released alongside XY10 (Awakening Psychic King), the source of most of Fates Collide’s cards. It’s just kind of there to take up space in the deck, tbh..

The Marowak is a very different thing altogether, sourced from an XY-P promo that debuted closer to the Japanese release of XY8 (most of which became BREAKthrough) – so you can think of Fates Collide’s Marowak as evolving from BREAKthrough Cubone, and being a companion to the Marowak from that set.
