This card is interesting because you can grab it with Fan Rotom SCR, retreat your Active Pokémon to promote it, and replace it with whatever basic Pokémon you’d like, essentially letting you grab any basic Pokémon with Rotom. This combo has seen use in Tera Box in Japan and at EUIC (The deck uses Noctowl SCR to set up and a mixture of Sparkling Crystal, Crispin and Energy Switch to enable the attack costs of a variety of Tera Pokémon, including Teal Mask Ogerpon ex, <https://pkmncards.com/card/wellspring-mask-ogerpon-ex-twilight-masquerade-twm-064/“>Wellspring Mask Ogerpon ex, Terapagos ex and Pikachu ex SSP).
