This Pokémon can use the attacks of any Basic Pokémon in your discard pile, except for Pokémon with a Rule Box (Pokémon V, Pokémon-GX, etc. have Rule Boxes). (You still need the necessary Energy to use each attack.)

Basically the only card in the Crwn Zenith expansion to have only an Ability

It and Ditto CRZ#GG22 are the only cards in Crown Zenith with just an ability.
More interestingly, the only cards printed with just an ability in the past five years (since the Cosmic Eclipse), are Ditto PGO#53/CRZ#GG22/CRZ#107.
Last time we had any was back in Sun & Moon Cosmic Eclipse with the baby Pokémon.
