Pokémon Power ⇢ Transform
If Ditto is your Active Pokémon, treat it as if it were the same card as the Defending Pokémon, including type, Hit Points, Weakness, and so on, except Ditto can’t evolve, always has this Pokémon Power, and you may treat any Energy attached to Ditto as Energy of any type. Ditto isn’t a copy of any other Pokémon while Ditto is Asleep, Confused, or Paralyzed.

Dunno the low ratings, this card was LEGIT.

I don’t remember it being that good. It wasn’t any more than a 1-of in any deck I think. Gust of Wind was a big weakness for it. Once it went back to the bench it only had 50 HP again.

I would love to play this in Unlimited as as long as they have an SP active I can Poke Turn it and attach Energy Gain to it. It’s fun.

I’m going to take this against Mewtwo EX and destroy him with his own weakness! MWAHAHAHAHAHA!!!

If you did that, and Ditto got KOed by an EX, would it give up two prizes?

It just might. The card is a little vague but, the “EX Rule” might fall under the “and so on” part of Ditto’s text. I think the “and so on” is put there to include: Resistance, Retreat, and even the EX Rule.
Since the first line of text on the Ditto card reads: “…treat it as if it were the SAME CARD as the defending Pokemon…”, I would assume EX Rule WOULD follow over!
