This is the debut of Super Speed [ばいそくいどう 𝐁𝐀𝐈𝐒𝐎𝐊𝐔𝐈𝐃𝐎𝐔] in the TCG. I’ve previously written a comment about this move on UPR Yanma, but it appears to have been borne out of interest in having a variant of Agility [こうそくいどう 𝐊𝐎𝐔𝐒𝐎𝐊𝐔𝐈𝐃𝐎𝐔] that doesn’t do any damage; however, NBSP12 Pikachu has an Agility that doesn’t do any damage, and (later on) the aforementioned UPR Yanma has a Super Speed that does do damage.
