First non-Hoenn Pokémon in the pack. Also Donphan’s first Gen 3 card!

This is the second time Donphan is in the first set of a new block of the TCG. He was previously in the first set of the Neo block, and he does it again when he shows up in the first HGSS set. In all 3 cases, the same artist who contributed the artwork for the set’s Donphan is the same one who contributes the art for that set’s Phanpy.
