Second appearance of False Swipe in the TCG. Having waited 14 years to bring it back, it seems they took it as an opportunity to revise the effect to act more like the attack works in the games, vs. acting kind of like Super Fang the way it did on N2 Scizor. Speaking of Super Fang, that move had already been revised to work the more like the way False Swipe works in the games starting with BCR Raticate.
