Starting with the e-Card era, Keiji Kinebuchi was the first person to stop being credited for his artwork in the TCG – none of the Basic Energy in Expedition credit him. After that, no Basic Energy card (even the ones highly unlikely to be done by Kinebuchi) credit any artist at all.
Special Energy is a different story, however, as artists continued to be credited for their work on Special Energy up until the start of Generation 7 and the SM era. That makes this the last Special Energy printed with any credit at all, and so Kinebuchi ended up with the last credit on both Basic Energy *and* Special Energy cards.
