Mitsuhiro Arita is probably as the Pokémon TCG most skilled 2D artist, but starting back in EX Team Magma vs Team Aqua, he occasionally dabbled in 3D CG artwork for the series (I feel fairly confident suggesting all but maybe one or two of his Pokémon 𝒆𝒙 are 3DCG) as well. I think the Dratini line is his last contribution to the series in CG artwork, though.
