When I was a small child , I took my pokemon cards with me to an elementary school class one day. A kid traded a drowzee to me (for an uncommon. Who cares). It had an odd purple marking on it,and I assumed that it was a special sort of limited release card.
Well, I guess the placebo effect was worth it.
