     I wouldn’t call it too bad, it at least has its own niche. Alongside this set’s Abra, Dunsparce is a Basic Pokémon with an ability to have a 0 Retreat Cost, something that I think doesn’t exist in the block otherwise.

       In fact, along with other reforms in the game (as the introduction of supporters to limit drawing/search engines as Professor Oak or Computer Search, the “flip a coin” nerfed versions of Energy Removal and gust of wind, and the slight increase of damage-per-energy from evolutions attacks), in this set they got rid of almost all basic zero-cost retreats, so common from base to the neo block
