Could I use this to evolve my benched Honchkrow into Honchkrow Lv.X?

Nope, since Lv.X cards are considered “Level Ups” and not evolutions. I’m also just now learning they count as the same name as their base form, so you can’t play full 4-4 lines — just 2-2 lines (or 3-1, etc). Very strange mechanic.
