Ability ⇢ Dark Invitation
Once during your turn (before your attack), you may have your opponent reveal their hand. Put a Basic Pokémon you find there onto your opponent’s Bench, and put 3 damage counters on that Pokémon.
{P}{C}{C} → Mind Jack : 30+
This attack does 30 more damage for each of your opponent’s Benched Pokémon.

It is said to take lost spirits into its pliant body and guide them home.

There is a direct correlation between 0% rating and pokemon who’s effect either:
A. has the ability to make your opponent switch their active pokemon with one of their bench.
B. have your opponent reveal their hand and put a Basic Pokémon you find there onto your opponent’s Bench [this card]
C. have one of your opponent to put a pokemon from their discard pile into their bench.
There is only like a billion of those type of cards. When will Nintendo get it? I never played pokemon but at least I know that I do not want to give the opponent an upper hand.
Elias Sant'Ana
They are not abilities that give your opponent an upper hand, unless you use them with no strategy in mind.
Forcing a switch can be useful in specific situations (such as being locked by your opponent’s Ability or if their Active prevents damage during that turn). And it is equivalent to a gust effect if your opponent has only 2 pokemon on the field.
Putting a pokemon on your opponent’s bench can help you power up your own attacks: Lycanroc GX, Zoroark BKT, Lucario FCO, Empoleon UPR all benefit from that. It also denies effects that activate upon playing a Pokemon from the hand (like Tapu Lele GX) and can give you an easy prize.
There’s nothing inherently wrong with those types of Abilities. Competitively, they are not as relevant, but that’s because the competitive archetypes are designed with a set strategy in mind. It just happens PCL never cared to make one that focused on forced switching/benching.

Sounds good.

Elias Sant’Ana already gave a great answer, and I’ll just throw in that Honchkrow SV had some success a while back in 2010-11 I believe. Strong attacker against the likes of Mewtwo LvX and Machamp SF, so worthy inclusion in Sabelock decks.

Nah, it’s just because it’s a stage 2. If it were a basic with the same ability and attack it would be a top-tier busted deck. Also, about A: See Escape Rope and Volcanion Prism Star.
