    Ha ha. I get it. It’s an item that takes things out of the discard pile without wasting any resources(other than itself)It’s an eco friendly junk arm!
    But junk arm fetched Items, not tools. Would changing this card to say “Shuffle 3 Item or Pokemon Tool cards from your discard pile into your deck” really have been broken?

      Yes. Imagine having 16 Crushing hammer, or 16 HypnoToxic Laser, or 16 Super Scoop Ups, without having to waste your attack on it (Junk Arm). This is why Trump Card was banned.
