This artwork was featured in the 2022 TCG Online Illustration Exhibition, and included a comment from the artist, Kagemaru Himeno, that actually appears to be a poem¹;
“The wind… The wind is blowing.
Listen to the wind—it speaks.
The dancing leaves are there to guide us.
The light… The light gives us courage.
Do not look away.
The light shall show us the way.
The smell of the grass takes me back to days gone by.

¹ This is the translation as provided on the English edition of the site. I did not save the original JP text as the JP site was a lot more immersive and I found it hard to tell there were comments from the artists vs being solely comments from users.
