This card was so broken. I don’t blame the creators, it was still very early on and they were feeling that waters after all.
Thunder Shock is fair enough. But even compared to Hitmonchan, Thunder Punch should cost no less than [L][L] and have a base damage of 20, or keep the 30 and flip to see if it hurts itself nothing more. Base 30 for [L][C] with the possibility of 40, was just way too much.
