{L} → Light Screen
Whenever an attack does damage to Electabuzz (after applying Weakness and Resistance) during your opponent’s next turn, that attack only does half the damage to Electabuzz (rounded down to the nearest 10). (Any other effects of attacks still happen.)
{C}{C} → Quick Attack : 10+
Flip a coin. If heads, this attack does 10 damage plus 20 more damage; if tails, this attack does 10 damage.

A wild Pokémon with a short temper. It is able to distinguish colors, and likes the color red.

Is it bad that I get annoyed when people say that Ancient Mew was given out at the first movie? Apparently those people don’t have this, Mewtwo, Pikachu, or Dragonite.

“A wild Pokémon with a short temper. It is able to distinguish colors, and likes the color red.” I wonder how many Pokemon are able to see color, given that its notable enough to be in this dex entry

Good question. Wish I knew the answer. ;) I will mention that in this case, it may be a reference to an old Pokémon episode. Without looking it up, I seem to recall some episode where there’s a gang of humans using an Electabuzz and a rival gang using a Scyther. It is the episode where we learn Pikachu loves ketchup… and how that goes horrible wrong when the ketchup bottle Pikachu is holding gets slashed and the ketchup splatters across Pikachu.
Which draws the attention of Electabuzz…

Funny — “Light Screen” is extremely popular in the video games, but this is its only appearance in the TCG!
