Are Ancient Trait cards like this considered full arts ? Or Illustration Rares or what?

I’ve seen them be colloquially referred to as “half arts.”

I thought regular Pokémon cards are already “half arts” because the artwork takes up approx half of the card.
But for Ancient Trait, it takes up more than that.

That’s always how I felt, but full arts already existed, and they needed a different name. Besides, these cards weren’t even particularly rare, so I can see why they chose a less glamorous name.
(I always put them with my EX’s as a kid, though.)
