Poké-POWER ⇢ Baby Evolution
Once during your turn (before your attack), you may put Electabuzz from your hand onto Elekid (this counts as evolving Elekid) and remove all damage counters from Elekid.
{C} → Thunder Spear
Choose 1 of your opponent’s Pokémon. This attack does 10 damage to that Pokémon. (Don’t apply Weakness and Resistance for Benched Pokémon.)

Elekid δ and Electabuzz δ seem to be the only {F} type cards weak to {F}. There could well be some JP-only cards I’m overlooking. With the same caveat, the following is true as of October 2022 for the EN edition of the TCG;
• This set’s Wooper δ and Quagsire δ are the last {G} Pokémon weak to {G}. There were only ever 5 {G} cards weak to {G}, and all are found in Generation 3 of the TCG.
• This set’s Heracross δ is the first and arguably only {R} Pokémon weak to {R}. However, STS Volcarona – a dual {G}/{R} type – does feature an {R} Weakness.
• No pure Water Pokémon has ever been weak to Water. The only thing worth mentioning here would again be dual types – Suicune & Entei LEGEND, and STS Volcanion-EX.
• Lighting types weak to Lighting are uncommon, but not unheard of. Zapdos originally got to go without a Weakness* but got demoted to have an {L} Weakness starting with e-Card. Emolga flip-flops between {F} Weakness and {L} Weakness, and Flying Pikachu V/VMAX flip-flopped from the Weakness-less-ness of Base-era namesake to an {L} Weakness**. Several δ cards also feature this quirk.
• Psychic Pokémon weak to {P} used to be fairly common, but appears to have stopped with the end of Gen 7. It could be deliberate, or it could just be about making more cards weak to the Darkness type.
• No Darkness Pokémon has ever had a Weakness to Darkness.
• No Metal Pokémon has ever had a Weakness to Metal.
• No Fairy Pokémon ever had a Weakness to Fairy.
• Colorless Pokémon weak to Colorless was a Dragon-exclusive novelty that debuted in Generation 3 (EX Dragon) and was retired with the end of Generation 4 (Call of Legends).
* Special privilege of being a Legendary? Articuno and Moltres didn’t have Weaknesses at the start either. That seems to be the intention, and is something the Dragonite line also enjoyed at the start – but it should be pointed out Mewtwo and Mew both had Weaknesses from the get-go.
** Presumably for game balance? Not that Pokémon V without weaknesses are unheard of..
