Poké-POWER ⇢ Supreme Command
Once during your turn (before your attack), you may choose up to 2 cards from your opponent’s hand without looking and put them face down next to the Defending Pokémon. (These cards are not in play or in your opponent’s hand.) At the end of your opponent’s next turn, return those cards to your opponent’s hand. This power can’t be used if Empoleon is affected by a Special Condition.
{W}{W}{W} → Hydro Impact
Choose 1 of your opponent’s Pokémon. This attack does 80 damage to that Pokémon (Don’t apply Weakness and Resistance for Benched Pokémon.) Empoleon can’t attack during your next turn.
· Level-Up rule: Put this card onto your Active Empoleon. Empoleon LV.X can use any attack, Poké-Power, or Poké-Body from its previous level.

I really hope that they will bring back the Lv. X cards next generation/b lock/whatever, I really liked them.
WilliamH.
Lv. X cards look great and open up lots of play options. I’ll always love Lv. X over ex/EX.
Titan–泰坦
We have hope that Mega GX Pokémon could be handled similarly to Lv. X’s.
Quarter-Turn
Put this on top of Empoleon DEX; with access to “Diving Draw” and “Supreme Command,” there would be no better card to handle N and would always keep you a step ahead of your opponent. Consistency and disruption in one. I want to build this deck!

haha. That does sound fun. I’m working on an Empoleon deck just for fun.

interested to pair this with omanyte from fossil so I can specifically sabotage important cards

The problem here is the wording in Supreme Command, which specifies that you should choose without looking.
That would override Clairvoyance since not looking is part of the effect of Empoleon’s Poké-Power and Omanyte doesn’t make this condition impossible to be met.
And, since cards in your opponent’s hand are not considered public knowledge (even when you know what they have) they’d be allowed to shuffle their hand (like the current ruling for Gumshoos and Mars).
