I have a question about Entei’s combat blaze. Is the additional damage (20 for each benched Pokémon) adds together and done to the active Pokémon, or does it mean 20 damage to each of the benched Pokémon?

It’s “for each” opponent’s Benched, not “to each” Benched Pokemon. So if the opponent has 3 Benched Pokemon, this attack does 20+20*3=80 damage to the opponent’s Active Pokemon (and 0 damage to any Benched Pokemon).
