I like the fact that this is 100% and the holo version is 25%. Price I’m guessing?

I’d assume that the holo version only had a few impreesions at the time, and was unluckily paired with super broken cards like Catcher, Energy Removal, Mewtwo EX, Luxray G Lv X, etc.
