Erika’s Ivysaur · 60 HP · {G}
Pokémon (Ivysaur) › Stage 1 : Evolves from Erika’s Bulbasaur and into Erika’s Venusaur · is: Erika’s

Pokémon Power ⇢ Relaxing Scent
As long as Erika’s Ivysaur is your Active Pokémon, whenever an attack (even your own) does damage to any Pokémon (after applying Weakness and Resistance), that attack only does half the damage to that Pokémon (rounded up to the nearest 10). (Any other effects of attacks still happen.) This power stops working while Erika’s Ivysaur is Asleep, Confused, or Paralyzed.

{G}{G}{G} → Double Razor Leaf : 40×
Flip 2 coins. This attack does 40 damage times the number of heads.

    Interesting power. I always had doubt when my pokémon had odd HP (moslty for revive). I kept missing the “up” part.

    Really cool Power and nice artwork. An Ability like that would be nice now if it halved the damage of Basic Pokemon.

      Needs to be on a Pokemon with more than 60 HP, but yeah. We don’t have enough Basic-nerfing cards. (The picture is beautiful, looks like the flowers were drawn/filtered separately with Ivysaur shopped in. Loving the effect.)

    This is the last Pokémon to have a card outside of Base Set!

    Great card for the double battle format that would debut years later.
