More than 300 feet below the surface, they build mazelike nests. Their activity can be destructive to subway tunnels.

After Steam Siege comes out: Dredge twice, get four Shield Energy, then Devolution Spray and Ninja Boy into Aegislash-EX, and start swinging for 120 (140 if the initial Energy on Excadrill was a basic metal), with both the protection provided from Mighty Shield as well as the -40 damage from quad Shield Energy. If your opponent doesn’t run enough Enhanced Hammers, they are in for a very bad time.
JKBA
Too slow. Not only do you need to evolve into stage 1, but you basically loose a turn in order to power up your Aegislash-EX. Whats maybe even worse is that if your opponent hits 110 or more, he or she will just knock out excadrill before you even get to attack and your tactic becomes useless. On top of that, you kinda put an supporter lock on yourself XD
Shiny Shinx
Not really meant to be a competitive strategy, but I could see it working well enough for casual League play.
JKBA
Maybe, i dont know how competitive local leuges generally are. I actually like your strategy, if you add an muscle band and get one more energy on Aegislash-EX you are hitting for OHKO. And the -40 damage from quad Shield Energy could put decks that are dealing low dmg in trouble.
Kaos Darksol
problem with this is that drillbur is a fighting type that cant have the shield energy attached to it. You would have to discard the sheild energy as soon as you devolve
Shiny Shinx
Even better, in Unlimited, Dredge twice one turn, get four Shield Energy, Dredge twice the next turn, get four Special Metal Energy, Devo Spray+Ninja Boy into Registeel-EX, Hard Charm, & No Removal Gym to set up the ultimate tank, blocking -120 damage a turn, with NRG stopping Hammers/Lost Removers/Energy Removals. The best part is, that wouldn’t even be a viable Unlimited strategy.
David Peters
Not a bad card for rogues and bottom table matches if you can get Shield Energy for defense and Muscle Band + Giovanni’s Scheme for boosted damage. You would be dealing 180 damage per turn with a combo like that.
Mars
This + Jolteon AOR #26 seems like a pretty neat combo. Can use electropower, thunder mountain and the speed lightning energy to name a few.
