The first Pokémon card which has an attack where the cost that didn’t match its type/color. Is there a way to search cards by attack cost with this database? It would be interesting to do color:[some type] -cost:[some type] to get a complete list of cards that implement this gimmick, though I don’t know how you’d filter out Colorless attack costs.

I haven’t figured this out yet, by the way. Closest I can come up with is || c:𝒙 text:”{𝒚}” || where 𝒙 is a type, and 𝒚 is any type except that same type. After that you’re just doing a lot of rote searches for every single type combination. It does get you what you’re looking for, though, with only a few false positives*. Happy searching!
* And the false positives you do get are interesting!
