FOUR ATTACKS!
You’d think one would be good.

This card was awesome! I used to play it a lot in 2004. Almost used it for the Stadium Challenge that year too! 120 HP was a lot back then and spreading damage was pretty good. If you got to attack with Breaking Sound like 10 times (which was feasible) you’d draw all your Prizes.

1,2,3,4-colorless energy pattern? coolish.

This is a pretty fun card. The attacks are fairly overpriced, but you have a lot of options on your turn. You can combine it with boost energy, which allows you to cheaply spread damage with your first attack and then drop boost energy for key knockouts. I personally like to play this with a couple of copies of Pokémon Nurse, because most of the time I only have one or two energy on Exploud. 120 HP is serviceable in the 2004 and 2005 formats, so it’s helpful to be able to heal Exploud and spread damage longer.
You’ll want to combine this with some cards that can slow down your opponent so that you have plenty of time to use Breaking Sound. I like to play it with Shiftry (SS 12) to keep my opponent from attacking, but playing two Stage 2 lines is obviously inconsistent.
