You can’t use more than 1 Delta Sign Poké-Power each turn. This power can’t be used if Fearow is affected by a Special Condition.

How good were Delta decks?
HEZ
MetaNite (Metagross d and Dragonite d) was one of the biggest decks that season and that was a delta deck, though I don’t think most builds used this Fearow. The Holon Engine Trainers and Supporters were huge as well but not limited to just delta decks.

Yes! This card was probably the most useful Fearow card that was ever printed.
