If you use Leafeon VSTAR for gusting, then you get the extra 120 damage on Raichu’s attack. Use Flaaffy to accelerate energy (and use Rescue Carrier to get ’em out of your discard pile after they get knocked out) and hit repeatedly for 220 damage with Raichu. That amount of damage output from a single-prizer is NOT shabby!!

Samurott VSTAR is another option for a quick and easy VSTAR power to pull out on turn two, to get hitting with Raichu ASAP.
