In the 2022 meta, here are all your options for accelerating 3 energies from the discard pile:
“Spreading Flames” Victini V & VMAX attach 3 {R} energies in any way you like.
Origin Forme Palkia VSTAR is the same, but for {W} energies.
Vaporeon VMAX attaches 3 basic {W) energies to only ONE Pokemon
ASR Regigigas also attaches all three to ONE Pokemon, but doesn’t discriminate by energy type!
Wailord V and Blissey V attach all 3 to themselves, and Wailord is limited to {W} type.

Therefore… you can see that Flapple fills a niche! Her attack is almost as good as ASR Regigigas‘s.
Sadly, she is a stage 1, and she accelerates via an attack instead of an Ability. But at least she’s easier to set up than Mr. Regi!
