It is a common sight around fishing ports. It is known to rescue people and carry off prey.

Compare this to the Unleashed print. Blatant case of a card’s power being based off of its rarity. The only advantage this holds comes with its ability to survive 40 power electric attacks, 30 leaves this and the Unleashed version equally well off, and the other printing actually outlasts this when it comes to weaker electric attacks. If you were going to use razor fin, why not use a more powerful pokemon with colorless attacks? Is a situational 50 for 2 (the BEST you will be getting out of this, if it’s super effective against a +30 pokemon) really worth including in any deck? If you’re running water, you’ll find that there’s a printing of buizel that’s arguably better than this! Pathetic.

How long will it take you to cover all the crappy cards in the system?

I mainly just look at random cards and comment on the designs that strike me as being unusual, whether they’re unusually bad or unusually awesome

Interesting how Floatzel lost 10 HP with each printing in the DPPt era. And despite being known as a small speedy Pokemon it never got a free retreat until Unleashed.
