Yeah, they (and you) paid attention to that very well :) Under the “Evolves from Flying Pikachu V” text, it even says “Dynamax” and not “Gigantamax”

Oh and Mew VMAX haha, can’t believe I forgot that one. It came out after this Pikachu though.
Others with free retreat are Corviknight, Togekiss, and Butterfree. Only Mew and Jolteon are competitive right now, however.
