Not sure, but in the video games Dodrio actually holds the advantage. Not only does it have super-effective flying STAB, but it’s also faster!

Galarian zapdos is also flying type and can use electric moves. Dodrio is right to run away and I hope they’d bill could reconcile their differences.

Regardless of what moves Zapdos learns, Dodrio is faster and hits super-effectively so the advantage is there. And it has two extra heads so checkmate
