220 damage is enough to OHKO almost any bench-sitting basic Pokemon V. I imagine there could be a niche for this card to be played, but it seems *very* burdensome to get the energy attached to attack once, let alone to recharge and attack again.

Could be fun with Breakpoint Mew or the Gen 5 Mew-EX!
This attack is notable for being the strongest bench-sniping attack ever printed.
(Other cards like FST Starmie or Alolan Exeggutor V have the *potential* to hit harder, but Garchomp takes the cake for most *actual* damage printed on the card)
