on the contrary, discouraging weird creepy comments helps demonstrate that such comments aren’t welcome, and creates a healthier TCG community by establishing an atmosphere of basic human decency.
i’ll admit my methods were perhaps a bit meaner than necessary, but it is my earnest belief that the normalization of comments like that actively discourages many people from feeling comfortable engaging with other players, especially in a game that primarily targets children (not to pull the “think of the children” card, but this is a case where it’s genuinely relevant).
i’m not interested in some moral relativism debate tho, sorry
