Some aspects of Legendary Collection bother me. Why no Gen 2 Pokemon?! Why no gym leader’s Pokemon?!*
But one thing this set DID get right was re-arranging the rarity of some cards. Like, I think it’s highly appropriate that Golem appears here as a star-rare card, not as a diamond-uncommon!

  * (as Ambassador posted over on the card ‘Hitmonchan Best of Game #2’, WotC was funny and made some quirky choices… and in some cases, their hands were tied… I don’t believe they were allowed to print cards using gym leader’s Pokemon in the Jamboree set, which presumably began development around when this set was also being developed. So I assume the lack of Gym Heroes/Gym Challenge cards in this set is also due to licensing/intellectual property issues)
