Singing in eerie voices, they wander town streets on the night of the new moon. Anyone who hears their song is cursed.

There’s gotta be a decent way to break this card… just not sure how yet.

You can use Hypnotoxic Laser (PLS) #123 then Spirit Scream for a KO’s and use Life Dew (PLF) #107 so that when they KO you, they get no prize. Of course Junk Hunt to get it back. I tested it online and it worked surprisingly :)
TheFlub
Hmm, Life Dew is an idea, the problem is when you’re recycling it the Sableye will probably get KO’d, and there’s still Tool Scrapper (DRX) #116 too. Still, a decent idea, I do love Life Dew, it’s my Ace Spec of choice in Tool Drop at least.

This plus Protection Cube (FLF) #95?
jelze
Doesn’t work. Gourgeist places damage counters on itself, does not deal damage. So protection cube does not protect it.

What about Lysandre (FLF) #90 + Hypnotoxic Laser+ this? Takes out any pkmn you choose.
feyblade
One problem with this plan is the fact that the enemy can just hypnotoxic you back…
Walrusaurus
Except that happens during their turn, so you get the first KO (if you actually used Laser of course). Not to mention you have the edge in the prize exchange against EX’s.
The real problem with this card is that it is not that easy to stream Gourgeists, and that you can’t Laser Virizion decks.
