Weird Al
Why did Granbull V get a full art card but Drampa, Aggron, Morpeko and Simisear V didn’t? Weird
Suspiciously cheese shaped
All these V pokemon you mentioned orgininate from the japanese “start deck 100”, a series of 100 unique preconstructed decks featuring some amount of new cards and some amount of reused cards from the past sword and shield sets. Obviously, these decks are preconstructed so you wouldn’t expect a random chance to pull a full art. Indeed, this was the first time (in a long time, the did do this with a black and white deck having a low chance at a silver full art dialga) pokemon had ever stuffed full arts and even golds in decks. As such, they decided to go for a really limited selection of Pokemon: Pikachu obviously, zamazenta because that’s the generation legendary on the box art of the decks and another pokemon from the box art. Now said box art features a few pokemon but no standouts: kingler, empoleon, sylveon and more. From those you said, it only had drampa and granbull in the box art, meaning it had to have been none of your picks, drampa or granbull. In the end, pokemon decided to choose granbull. Now I don’t know why they specifically chose this silly fella, but these are the events that led up to that.
