I remember considering/testing this as a Donphan (HS) #107 counter for non-Water decks, sadly the flip on heads was vital. Even after modifiers like Expert Belt (AR) #87. Resistance was nice, but there still was a lot of work needed to counter Donphan Prime via 120HP, Exoskeleton, and 1 for 60 Damage Base Stats + 2 to 3 other Donphans ready on the bench.
