Pokémon Power ⇢ Transparency
Whenever an attack does anything to Haunter, flip a coin. If heads, prevent all effects of that attack, including damage, done to Haunter. This power stops working while Haunter is Asleep, Confused, or Paralyzed.
{P}{C} → Nightmare : 10
The Defending Pokémon is now Asleep.

so much stall
Pokémon 31337
This thing made me rage on the gameboy.
feyblade
A holographic rare that evolves into another holographic rare? Is that even reasonable?.
Oh, and it’s pretty amusing, seeing what this guy does to base set gastly.
Pidgeotto the master one
And you can evolve this Holo Haunter into a non-holo Gengar!
Gaardus
An uncommon Gengar, even!
Pidgeotto the master one
In fact, now we have a Paldean Fates uncommon Gengar , who thanks to power creep have the same attack as this Haunter by the equivalent cost (1 typed + 1 colorless energy) but causing 100 damage!
HEZ
This guy!!! Was playing against my friends spread deck the other week and this guy sat on the bench the ENTIRE game until the end and didn’t take any damage from spread at all, evolved into Gengar and cleaned up. Also makes for really nice stalling.
Quarter-Turn
I took this and a few Potions to the Fighting gym on the TCG for Game Boy Color. Three hours later, gg.
Blob Takeshi
I miss when Abilities were separated into PokéPower and PokéBody. :(
