Is Axe Slugger SE because he’s part fighting type,or because colorless dragons typically took double damage from other colorless dragons?
I think some designer recognized the duality there when he came up with that move.

I would say Axe Slugger does double damage to Colorless Pokemon because Dragons once were colorless, but I don’t think the designers at that time thought about it that much.
