I’m actually somewhat surprised they made the full set of Rotom cards as it seems they’ve moved away from making separate cards of alternate formes of Pokemon that aren’t either (a) cover Legendaries, (b) Mythical Pokemon (and not even some of those) or (c) new formes like Alolan regional variants and Zygarde. It’s been 10 years since we’ve had weather formes of Castform (from LA) or Attack/Defense/Speed Deoxys (also from LA) who have only had their non-weather and Normal formes respectively since.
