Is this card a big Arceus VSTAR counter now? I saw that Ondřej Škubal played it alongside Flying Pikachu VMAX and Arceus VSTAR to win at Worlds in London

Even with Double Turbo Energy and even without discarding any extra energy cards, the attack still hits 140 damage. So 280 with weakness is enough to OHKO Arceus Vstar. Not bad for a 2-prize attacker.
