The tissue on the surface of its body is curiously similar in composition to an Apricorn. When irritated, this Pokémon lets loose an electric current equal to 20 lightning bolts.

Notice how out of the 3 regional form labels, Alolan and Hisuian forms often get 0 cost attacks, but there are no Galarian forms with 0 cost attacks. I can’t tell whether it’s deliberate design decision or if their intent was to discontinue this kind of design space at the beginning of the SWSH series but they backtracked on it later.

I’ve noticed this too! Obviously, we don’t know the actual reasoning behind the decisions, but I like to think that because free attacks were introduced in the TCG in Gen 4 (i.e. Sinnoh), the fact that Hisuian Pokémon get free attacks is meant as a neat little callback to that. Alolan Pokémon, I suppose it serves as something to help them stand out from the crowd, as the first Regional Forms? Couldn’t tell you why Galarian Pokémon didn’t have them. I think it’d be a neat mechanic to include exclusively for Regional Forms, personally.
